Refund Policy

At 777 World / 777 Reserve, every item is sourced, curated, or produced with intention. Because of the nature of our drops, made-to-order pieces, and limited inventory, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

Please review our full policy below:

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
This includes:

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Made-to-order items

  • Digital products

  • Vintage or pre-owned pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

Please double-check sizing, product details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage

Once approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and sourcing reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Pre-owned designer items

  • Intimates or bodysuits

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Digital downloads

  • Any item marked Final Sale

Order Changes

Because most items are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee changes to sizing, address, or items once the order is submitted. If you need assistance, reach out as soon as possible and we will try our best.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Store Credi

In cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit only.
